Westchester’s Winter Wonders
As winter unwinds, we do tend to get a little bit of Cabin Fever. Luckily, I think I have the cure: Cozy up with this Edition of Guest to discover a winter wonderland of Westchester events, listed by region. Amazing concerts are coming right to our frosty backyard in February and March, along with exhibits, kid-friendly happenings, and unmissable annual events such as EagleFest and—*lucky* for you—the many St. Patrick’s Day Parades. There’s more! Bundle up for a day outdoors after reviewing our Guide to Ice Skating, Skiing and Snowshoeing. Then it’s time to sidle up with a warm drink you’ll find in our Guide to Westchester Cocoas, Coffees, and Ciders (Sometimes Spiked). Make a day of it, why don’t you. Shop healthy at a Winter Farmers’ Market or one of Westchester’s new breweries. We have guides on both, along with a lot more in the pages ahead. So whether you’re looking for a warm drink or a slippery rink, a table for two or a trail to snowshoe, a glass of wine or a gift for your Valentine, thanks for starting your Westchester winter here, and I’m wishing you a spectacular season.
