A Westchester Wonderland

Although the snow and frost have already put a nip in the air, in Westchester we’re always ready to make winter spectacular. There’s something awesome going on in all of our villages and cities—from the state-of-the-art holiday light show at Kensico Dam Plaza, to the winter sports in our many parks, to indoor and outdoor shopping plazas with holiday-themed surprises. But after a day out, you need some warmth and comfort. You’re in luck, since Westchester is home to a growing number of destination restaurants cooking truly excellent, locally-inspired dishes, inspiring performaces and concerts, and a full calendar of comedy shows. This holiday season, I’m grateful you’re starting your journey to Westchester right here, and I hope you have a magical winter.
